What is Wild Ones ?
Wild Ones promotes environmentally friendly, sound landscaping to preserve biodiversity through the preservation, restoration, and establishment of native plant communities by:
- Providing free, educational resources and learning opportunities that are open to the public,
- Supporting the efforts of over 60 local Wild Ones chapters in 27 states
- Publishing a quarterly, award-winning journal for members featuring current native plant information and resources
- And offering free, professionally designed native garden templates for multiple regions in the United States.
Wild Ones have received federal tax-exempt status 501(c)(3) status, which means all dues are 100% tax-deductible.

When you sign up you can choose from a list of Membership Types:
A Household Membership applies to all members of the family including children under 18 years of age who live at the same address. Within this category, you can choose from 3 membership fees: Wild ($40/year), Wilder ($60/year), Wildest ($100/year).
Limited Income Membership:
Reduced-price memberships are available to full-time students and those on a limited income. If you are on a limited income or a full-time student, this membership gives you all the benefits of a Household Membership.
Lifetime Membership:
A Lifetime Membership shows your lasting commitment to native landscaping and provides you with ongoing Household Membership benefits as well as additional perks like a 10% discount on Wild Store merchandise for life. In recognition of your support, you will receive our Certificate of Appreciation (complete with special framing), as well as acknowledgment in the Wild Ones Journal.
